My mission is to be the hands & feet of Jesus, to women who have and/or are suffering from Covert Narcissistic Abuse. I aim to provide a safe space for them to begin walking through and navigating the process healing their hearts, minds and bodies. This space is fostered by a community of women who not only comprehend the challenges but also contribute to encouraging uplifting each other throughout the healing journey.

Healing can be difficult when you or those around you don’t understand exactly what you’re healing FROM. Victims of Covert Narcissistic abuse face unseen pain & struggle and have been conditioned to hide it for so long, it can be hard to completely understand. We are here to assist you in unraveling your questions and embarking on the journey of healing.

The power of community is important as you begin and go through recovery. We have groups starting every ___, and we invite you to join us, regardless of what stage of this journey you find yourself in. You don’t have to walk this healing journey alone.

We know that this type of abuse doesn’t only affect women, so in addition to our women’s group, we have a men’s group & recently added a youth group for kids who are walking through this journey as well.

In addition to our recovery groups we love to provide education and spread awareness. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to have us come speak to your church, school or other groups to help spread awareness in your community.
