RECOVERY GROUPS

The power of community is important as you begin and go through recovery. We have groups starting every ___, and we invite you to join us, regardless of what stage of this journey you find yourself in. You don’t have to walk this healing journey alone.

WOMEN’S GROUPS

We believe that healing is a sacred and deeply personal journey. No two hearts are restored in quite the same way or at the same time. There is no set timeline or destination—only the steady, grace-filled process of becoming whole again. Our groups offer a safe and judgment-free space where you can heal and grow at your own pace, surrounded by compassion, prayer, and genuine connection. Whether you are just beginning to seek healing or have been walking this path for many years, our prayer is that you encounter love and empathy that meet you exactly where you are—and that through God’s gentle guidance, you continue to grow into the beautiful seasons He has prepared for your life.

This type of abuse doesn’t only effect women. Men are affected by covert narcissistic abuse as well. Unfortunately, like with female victims, this type of abuse goes undiagnosed or unrecognized. We added a men’s group, organized and lead by Steve Williams. This allows men a space to begin understanding the abuse they’ve been put through, as well as provides an atmosphere where healing can begin to take place. Alongside healing, the goal is to create and hold space for community, encouragement and growth.

MEN’S GROUPS

Unfortunately in a lot of situations, kids fall victim to covert narcissistic abuse - and often have one parent who is the abuser and one who is the victim. This creates an entirely different set of experiences that they walk through. Generational abuse can begin to take place in this space if the kids are not allowed to feel & heal within their own experiences. We’ve added a youth group to help the kids of this form of abuse begin to heal from a young age, so that they can experience freedom and healing early, with hopes that they will not feel the need to carry the burden of their abuse into adulthood.
